Artisan recruitment are looking for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor for a well established facilities management company for an immediate start.

Role Overview

Responsible for delivering all electrical works effectively, professionally, and in line with current regulations. You will lead a team, manage programme delivery, and ensure high-quality installations that satisfy customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop The Client’s project team through clear communication, training, and development.

*

Support the PM in managing electrical installations, ensuring SORs and drawings are followed.

*

Produce RAMS for all tasks.

*

Assist the PM in identifying and producing additional SORs for variations and extra works.

*

Ensure all safe working practices set by The Client are followed and site teams complete required e-skills.

*

Build strong supplier partnerships and help streamline the supplier database.

*

Identify operative training needs and work with admin teams to close gaps.

*

Maintain regular contact with customer representatives and attend meetings as required.

*

Work towards becoming a NICEIC Electrical Qualifying Supervisor and support correct documentation.

About You

*

City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ, plus C&G 2382-10 (18th Edition)

*

C&G 2391-10 Inspection & Testing

*

C&G 2391-20 Design & Verification preferred (or support provided to achieve it)

*

Experience in commercial electrical installations and LV distribution systems

*

DC/UPS experience desirable but not essential

*

Knowledge of safe working practices and permit-to-work systems

*

First Aid, IPAF, PASMA (advantageous; training can be provided)

*

Proven experience managing on-site teams and delivering daily briefings

*

Ability to travel within the UK

*

Valid UK driving licence

*

Willingness to work occasional out-of-hours

*

Able to work at height and under CDM regulations
