A major Central London authority is seeking an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to support one of the busiest and most complex Building Control areas in the UK.

You'll be working within a high-performing, multidisciplinary Building Control group made up of:
7 x Class 3 RBIs
6 x Class 2A-F inspectors
In-house fire engineers, structural engineers, and building regulations specialistsThe Role

You will take a lead role in the oversight and regulation of high-risk and complex building projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and first-class service across a diverse and high-density urban environment.

What We're Looking For

Current Class 3 RBI registration
Experience working with HRBs or major / complex developments
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and BSR processes
Ability to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary technical teamsContract Details
