They are on the lookout for a Principal Designer to hit the ground running for their team in Birmingham.

Help deliver technical projects from planning stages through to new build delivery
Implement the requirements of Building safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023
Lead the design team and other project team members, as well liaising with clients
Carry out site visits and ensure projects comply with regulations and high ethical standards are achievedSkills and experience for the role of Principal Designer include:

Relevant degree within construction
Strong experience delivering health and safety and CDM services
MCIOB or MCIAT registered
A relevant health and safety professional qualification
NEBOSH General or Construction certificate
Excellent knowledge of CDM regulations
Experienced with Microsoft Office
Previous experience within a consultancy role
