The Company
Our client is a tier 1 D&B fit out company based in Bath. Delivering projects typically up to circa £10m in the Commercial Office sector but don’t shy away from larger projects. The business prides itself on earning repeat business from its clients, wanting to ensure that every project is delivered in a way that makes the client feel like it is their number 1 priority despite having other projects on.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is interested in joining an established and reputable team in the capacity of a Project Manager. This role will see you based out of their offices in Bath being responsible for having control over the commercials and delivering the fit outs. Projects range up to and around the £10m mark and work is allocated fairly to distribute the load.
As Project Manager you will be expected to be able to take control of the project, co-ordinate people and resources accordingly and work autonomously to complete the project in a timely and financially wise manner to a high standard.
The work is generally located between the Bath/Bristol area and London however they have gone further afield for certain clients in the past.
The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
* Project Planning: The Project Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
* Resource Management: They would manage resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
* Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
* Quality Control: The Project Manager would be responsible for ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
* Stakeholder Management: They would manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
* Budget Management: They would be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
* Schedule Management: They would manage the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time
