About the Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a major social housing window and door replacement programme across Nottingham. Working with a leading Tier 1 maintenance contractor, you will help ensure this multi-year programme is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations across occupied and void social housing properties
Support the coordination of trades, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules
Carry out daily site inspections to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards
Maintain high levels of resident communication and customer care
Ensure all works adhere to health & safety policies, RAMS, and industry regulations
Support progress reporting, site documentation, and updates to internal teams and the client
Help manage access arrangements, surveys, snagging, and sign-off processes
Requirements:

Experience in social housing planned works or maintenance (windows/doors experience desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work with residents in occupied homes professionally and respectfully
Understanding of site compliance, H&S, and quality standards
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, or equivalent qualifications preferred
Full UK driving licence
