Role

We are looking for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to work for a UK's leading property services company. You will be working across the Cambridgeshire region on a range of social housing contractors. You will oversee all commercial and financial elements of retrofit and social housing projects, including programmes with Sanctuary Housing involving, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Solar Panel installations and External Wall Insulation (EWI).

Key Responsibilities

* Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost forecasting

* Prepare tenders, pricing documentation, and subcontractor packages

* Conduct site measurements and manage change control

* Oversee subcontractor payments and negotiate final accounts

* Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures

* Provide commercial insight to support decision-making

* Liaise with the site team, clients, and supply chain

About You

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing

* Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration

* Confident in managing multiple live projects

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
