Senior Project manager opportunity working for a medium sized main contractor who have an £80million new build hotel scheme in the heart of London.

This Senior Project manager will be responsible for the full delivery of a new build hotel in London, managing the client, design and full life cycle of the job. The Senior Project Manager will be taking the project from early stages of pre-con to full new build delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior project manager who can deliver a construction project from start to finish leading a team and managing a client.

Senior Project Manager responsibilities:

Managing whole life cycle of the project from design, working with the commercial team, managing operations and reporting into visiting Project Director.

The ideal Senior Project Manager

Looking for a Senior Project Manager that comes from an Engineering background.

This senior project manager will ideally have delivered a Hotel new build project and seen it from start to finish.

Looking for a Senior Project manager who has delivered a construction projects valued £50million+.
