Design Manager

We are looking for a main contractor’s Design Manager on the behalf of a Tonbridge-based firm with a broad portfolio of interesting, bespoke, high quality community projects (libraries, schools, leisure centres and housing) in the £5m to £20m value range.

The company has a successful, 50 year history and the role has been brought about in line with the planned expansion of the technical team with intentions to double company turnover to £100m a year over the next two years.

Candidate Essentials

* BEng / HND Civ Eng, BSc Quantity Surveying, BSc Construction Management or RIBA qualified.

* 3+ years’ design management with good quality main contractors.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 24th November, salary is a competitive £60k to £80k + package
