The company:
A main contractor delivering projects across commercial and leisure sectors, with a focus on high-quality construction and refurbishment. They typically undertake schemes ranging from £10m to £20m, providing complete project management, design coordination and construction services for clients across the UK.
The role:
This is a project assisting the senior QS on a leisure project worth around £25m. Contract is looking to last around 6 months and there will be potential opportunities to jump into another project straight after.

Key responsibilities:
• Completing monthly CVRs on site to ensure the project is on track.
• Dealing with variations quickly and effectively to stay within budget.

Criteria:
• Experience working as a project surveyor on a leisure project is essential.
• Be comfortable assisting a senior quantity surveyor on a project.
