Site Manager – Residential Refurbishment
Central London
£50,000 – £60,000 + package

We’re working with a well-established refurbishment contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on projects across Central London. The work is focused on external refurbishments to residential buildings, including façade upgrades, roofing, cladding repairs and general external works.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, managing trades, ensuring H&S is followed, keeping the programme on track and maintaining a good relationship with residents and the client team.

What we're looking for:

Strong background in residential refurbishment

Experience managing external works (façade, roofing, cladding, scaffold etc.)

*

Good communication and organisational skills

*

Able to run sites independently

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

This is a great role for someone looking for long-term work with a steady contractor who have a strong pipeline of London projects.
