The Role

As an Architect, you’ll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop design solutions that meet contextual, budget, and aesthetic requirements. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers and project stakeholders, with the opportunity to take projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse project requirements using reports, data and technical documents.

Develop architectural designs that meet quality, budget and programme expectations.

Coordinate design intent across multiple disciplines.

Integrate engineering information, surveys and site data into architectural solutions.

Prepare design reports, drawings and models in line with office standards.

Carry out site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance.

Review products, services and shop drawings for adherence to project documents and codes.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Experience across all project phases.

Strong proficiency in architectural design software (Revit essential; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop beneficial).

Understanding of MEP and structural systems.

Knowledge of UK building codes and standards.

Relevant architectural qualifications.

Professional registration is an advantage.

Experience Needed

10–15 years of architectural project experience.

Residential project experience highly beneficial.
