Associate Director – Building Performance

Job Title: Associate Director/Technical Director – Building Performance Modelling Lead
Location: Bristol
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage building performance modelling projects
– Conduct Part L compliance assessments and TM52, TM59 overheating evaluations.
– Perform TM54 operational energy assessments and develop energy strategies.
– Drive initiatives for Net Zero and Low Carbon Design.
– Support bid preparation
– Knowledge of green building standards such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, Ect.
– Team Management and mentoring

Qualifications and Skills:
– Degree in engineering, environmental, architectural, or sustainability disciplines.
– Membership in a related professional institution
– Certification as a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)
– NABERS assessor
– Must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) vetting level
