What we're looking for:

Carpentry background advantageous but not essential.

Basic understanding of site management processes.

Currently studying, or holding, a relevant construction qualification.

Proactive communicator who works well with colleagues.

Commitment to delivering a high-quality service for clients.

Strong IT and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Learning the full life cycle of construction projects.

Ensuring all health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Maintaining high-quality standards across all site work.

Helping to manage site activities, materials, and equipment efficiently.
