Site Manager
We’re looking for a Site Manager who is comfortable working at sites nationwide to join our team on a permanent basis. We are a leading civil engineering SME seeking someone who can bring strong leadership and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all on-site Safety, Healh, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) disciplines.
Deliver safe, efficient sites aligned with the company’s triple ISO accreditation.
Contribute to ECI activities and support innovative project ideas.
Monitor project progress through programmes, weekly returns, and monthly reports.
Produce accurate cost forecasts and support the commercial management of projects.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure productivity targets are met.
Preferred Requirements
Strong leadership skills with on-site teams.
Ability to work effectively in busy, process-driven environments.
Valid CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
Good contractual awareness.
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Good communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite).

Work Location: Nationwide, with offices based in Derby.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
