Site Manager
Working with an Outstanding Yorkshire based developer to find a Site Manager to join their company as they look to expand their delivery teams.
With a focus on residential developments, they are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative homes that exceed expectations. As they continue to expand their portfolio, we are helping them to find a dynamic and experienced Assistant Site Manager.
As Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of residential developments focussed around sustainable living. Working closely with the Internal design/technical teams and project teams, you will ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety: Champion health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and the in-house team, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of any issues.
Procurement & Logistics: Support the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, guaranteeing all work meets specifications and expectations.
Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Budget Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgets.
Project Leadership: Oversee all stages of construction, from pre-construction planning to post-completion.Qualifications and Experience
CSCS & SMSTS – Essential
Relevant Site management degree – desirable
Trades background – desirable
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience working on residential new build projects is essentialWhat's on Offer

Salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
