In this varied and engaging position, you’ll work across a diverse project portfolio spanning public and private sector clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Delivering a full range of building surveying services, both professional and project-based

Undertaking condition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, schedules of work, and feasibility studies

*

Supporting project delivery from inception to completion

*

Preparing technical documentation, specifications, and reports

*

Collaborating with a team of experienced property and construction specialists

*

Ensuring work is completed to the highest professional standards

We’re looking for someone who brings:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

Working toward chartership (support will be provided)

Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
