Site Manager

I am working with a residential developer who due to having a number of projects starting soon are looking for a site manager to cover Wiltshire. 

The upcoming projects are Passivhaus developments so experience of working on these types of projects would be advantageous but not essential. 
The client is heavily focused on quality delivery of their houses and while they have a programme to keep to, the main driver is delivering a quality product at handover.

Ideally you will come from a residential background with experience of working as a number 1 on sites. You will be working with a smaller developer as such you may be asked to undertake more duties than you would with a large house builder. 

The client has a number of upcoming projects across Wiltshire and is looking to get someone on board ASAP.
