Managing Quantity Surveyor – a leading building contractor is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across public sector frameworks, education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, and mixed-use sectors from £2m – £25m.

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £75,000 – £85,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
– Commercial management of projects during pre-construction stage
– Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors of all levels
– Lead procurement strategies and tendering processes
– Ensure compliance with the client and subcontractors
Requirements:
– Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
– Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
– Experience mentoring junior members
– Industry related qualification
