Site Manager

Reginald Gray have recently partnered with a well-established contractor in Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Site Manager to their growing team. The business delivers high-end commercial and residential projects to an exceptional standard and has built a strong reputation for quality across the region.

As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the project. You’ll be the central point of contact on site, working closely with the end-user client, consultant teams and subcontractors. With the support of a visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the standards the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors

* Oversee programme, quality, health and safety and site logistics

* Lead site teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow

* Report progress to the visiting Contracts Manager

* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation

About You:

* Background in either trades or construction management education

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end contracting sector

* Comfortable liaising with clients and consultant teams

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Committed to delivering projects to the highest standard
