Project Manager

Reginald Gray are partnering with a high-end contractor in Hampshire who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a genuinely unique opportunity, offering oversight of two separate projects on the same site for a single end-user client, with a further project due to commence nearby.
The role has been created with progression in mind. The successful candidate will initially manage both schemes on site, before stepping into a wider remit overseeing multiple projects — a natural route into a full Contracts Manager position.
The Role:
* Manage two concurrent projects on the same site for a long-standing client
* Oversee programme, quality, health and safety and commercial awareness
* Act as the key point of contact for the client, consultant teams and subcontractors
* Coordinate daily activity across both projects to ensure smooth delivery
* Report directly to senior management and support wider planning for upcoming work
* Opportunity to take on an additional local project, progressing into a Contracts Manager role
About You:
* Experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end commercial or residential construction
* Capable of managing more than one project concurrently
* Strong communication and client-facing ability
* Able to lead site teams, maintain high standards and stay ahead of programme
* Interested in career progression and stepping into a broader operational role
