Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a Major Player within the European Data Centre & Technology market.

Our client is a Leading European Main contractor. Group prides itself on a collaborative and non aggressive approach. As a business they have delivered over 300 Mega Watts of Mission Critical space and they understand what it takes to build with repeat clients.

They pride themselves on being able to build the most sophisticated programs from Clean Rooms, Data Centres, Research Facilities and Major Pharma.

This project was negotiated at single source due to prior project performance and a strong collaborative approach.

You will be based on site for this Major New Build Data Centre in Germany. As part of the Commercial Team working on EOTs, CVR's, payments, procurement, letting of contracts and sub-contract management.

Working within a Multi National Team consisting of Irish, German, Welsh, Indian and Scottish on site ! Are you seeking to break into the D/C world and get technology experience ? Do you hold the people skills and pragmatic approach to commercial management and quantity surveying?

Working with a strong supply chain to find wins for all parties on what is a fast track program.

Your Role:

* Working within a team, showing the ability to close tasks in a timely fashion

* Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting

* Work with the construction management team and technical on site

* Duties – as listed above

Experience Needed:

* Quantity Surveying experience for a Main or Sub-Contracting Construction or MEP business

* Able to relocate and start in Germany before the 1st of February 2026 latest

* Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visas)

* Open to travel is a must

* Experienced in FIDIC & JCT contracts
