🛠 What You’ll Do:
– Carry out stock condition surveys & EPCs
– Work closely with fieldwork managers and data analysts
– Complete QA checks, reinspection's & compliance assessments
– Support asset management advice and reporting

🎓 What You’ll Bring:
– Residential surveying or building background
– Experience with large-scale surveys & data capture systems
– Strong attention to detail + analytical mindset
– Relevant qualifications (RICS/CIOB/DEA/NEBOSH) are a bonus – training provided
