Location: Canterbury
Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

Lead projects through all design phases, from concept to delivery
Coordinate project teams including internal staff and external consultants
Produce, review, and approve technical drawings and documentation
Oversee site visits and construction administration to ensure design quality
Monitor schedules, budgets, and project financial performance
Liaise with clients, present proposals, and respond to feedback
Mentor and develop junior staff
Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability
Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultantsIdeal Candidate
ARB‑registered architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
Commercial, Life Science and Health experience
Proven experience running projects from inception to completion
Strong technical skills in detailing, drawing, specification, and documentation
Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills
Proficient in relevant design software and UK regulations
Strong communicator with client and multi-disciplinary coordination experience
Proactive, commercially aware, and solution-focused
Experienced in mentoring junior staff and delivering projects on time and budget
