Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and working documentation
Develop construction information in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants
Ensure compliance with building regulations, technical standards, and quality requirements
Assist in the preparation of planning and building control submissions
Conduct site visits to advise on buildability, detailing, and technical resolution
Maintain CAD/BIM standards and oversee drawing accuracy and quality control
Contribute to tender documentation and project handover packages
Support junior technicians and drafters with guidance and mentoringIdeal Candidate
Recognised qualification in Architectural Technology / Technician discipline (HNC/HND or degree)
Proven experience delivering technical outputs on medium to large-scale projects
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD)
Several years UK based experience in a Technical role
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and specification writing
Excellent coordination and communication skills with architects, engineers, and contractors
Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused
Confident undertaking site visits and translating technical issues into practical solutions
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality, buildable architecture
