Key Requirements

Valid SMSTS certification
*
First Aid qualification
*
CSCS card holder
*
Proven track record managing commercial and residential builds
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively
Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
*
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
*
Monitor progress against programme and budget
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
*
Deliver projects to the highest standards on time and within budget
*
