About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a traditional build project in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing both internal and external works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all on-site activities for the duration of the project.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on milestones.

Maintain high-quality standards for both internal and external work.

Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional build projects.

Experience managing both internal and external construction works.

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
