Technical Coordinator – North London
A leading national residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their North London team. Working across multiple traditional build sites, candidates will be responsible for coordinating technical information, engineering packages, working drawings, and ensuring developments are delivered to the highest standards and secure all necessary approvals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical role within housebuilding, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD. An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design is essential, with experience across RIBA stages and knowledge of technical approvals or CDM regulations highly desirable.
