Job Role: Quantity Surveyor Position

Location: Maidenhead (office-based, 5 days per week)

Salary: Up to £70,000 Per Annum

Start Date: December/January

Role Overview

My client are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor team. The role is fully office-based with no hybrid working, requiring someone who can hit the ground running and manage projects across the South East of England.

Projects include office, commercial fit-out, warehouse, Cat A and Cat B refurbishments.

Job values range from £50K to £4M, with overall company turnover around £8M.

Sites are located across the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing tenders and managing the estimating process.

Conducting site visits and assessments.

Attending and contributing to progress meetings once projects are won.

Supporting project delivery from tender stage through to completion.

Collaborating closely with the operations, commercial, and project management teams.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating.

Strong background in main contracting, ideally with fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be office-based in Maidenhead (some weeks may be entirely office-focused)
