Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry-leading housing developer, who are currently on the lookout for a Health & Safety Advisor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Lincolnshire office. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace without risk to health & environment within our housing projects.

What are we looking for?

* Prior experience as a Health & Safety Advisor for a Housing developer

* Strong communication skills

* Previous knowledge of audit processes

* Ability to form strong relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a safe workplace across all projects

* Ensure that inspections are carried out in line with departmental expectations

* Liaise with external consultants

* Work together with site teams to resolve problems.

* Provide regular updates of site issues to the EHS Team
