Electrical Construction Manager

Urgent requirement for a Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Supervisor to work on a Top 10 London Landmark scheme in Central London. Tier 1 top 10 Main Contractor and Top 5 Tier 1 MEP contractor involved on this Project.

Urgently seek an electrically led Site Manager, Supervisor or Electrical Construction Manager ideally from a notable Tier 1 or 2 MEP Contractor or potentially an electrically led Building Services Manager that has a proven track record of managing multiple subcontractors and supply chains of 50 men plus teams in terms of specialist trades

Whilst this is a hands on delivery role, we need individuals that are competent in RAMS, RFIs, H&S, Quality etc understanding crytical paths and look ahead progammes that are akin to working in pressurrised environments with multiple stake holders involved.

Extensive experience of all aspects of the Installation of electrical systems through to Containment, 1st Fix, 2nd Fix, testing, snagging, commissioning etc

This is an excellent oppportunity to join a fully resourced team bolstered with the right engineering support to delliver this project succesfully.

We want proven managers with robust leadership skills that are are also technically astute electrically to challenge what can often be a demanding client.

We need solid career paths or that can at the very least demonstrate delivering a high value MEP projects from installation, through to delivery and commissioning. This is not a short term infill and the right candidate will not only be retained for future projects but will also be offered a permanent position if this is the long term direction you want to take.
