A well-established consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager with experience in the retail or leisure sectors. The Project Manager will join a supportive and ambitious team, with projects ranging from high-street refurbishments to new build leisure complexes.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to specialise or expand in client-facing delivery within the retail and leisure space, supported by a collaborative consultancy environment.

The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will oversee projects from early-stage feasibility through to completion. Responsibilities include cost and time management, design coordination, and contract administration across a wide range of retail and leisure schemes.

The Project Manager

2+ years' experience in the retail/leisure sector

Consultancy background preferred

Understanding of planning and procurement routes

Degree-qualified and working towards chartership

Confident communicator and proactive team player
