A Construction Manager is required for 4 month Fixed term contract – £60m Commercial Fit out project close to London Liverpool Street Station, the project is at the final stages and needs a push on site to achieve the hand over date.
The role is with one of the leading fit out Contractors in London.
Construction Managers seeking to apply must have large Fit out Project exposure – projects over £20m + in value.
up to £80k pro rata on a fixed term contract.
