 Key Responsibilities

Quality control – ensuring construction phase meets required quality standards.
Documentation Management – Keep accurate records
Client communication – act as the main point of contact for the client during the handover phase.
Compliance and safety – stay withing current UK construction regulations, codes and H&S requirements.
Budget awareness – monitor costs during the handover period and control spending.   Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree in Construction management, civil engineering or a related field
A Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
