Civils Contracts Manager – Residential Work – Liverpool

We’re looking for a confident, hands on Civils Contracts Manager to oversee residential infrastructure works across several housing developments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and can motivate teams to deliver high-quality results, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing roads, sewers, drainage, utilities, foundations and all groundworks across multiple live sites.

Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work.

Managing programmes, budgets, materials and resources to keep projects on track.

Working closely with housebuilders, local authorities and utility providers.

Ensuring compliance with CDM, HSEQ standards, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience delivering residential civils work.

Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams with confidence.

Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/variations.

Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.

SMSTS/CSCS and a full driving licence.
