Assistant Site Manager

ITS Group are a leading Construction Recruitment Specialist supplying staff to construction clients for over 50 years.

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work with a housebuilder in Exeter delivering new build housing and apartments

You will be responsible for working through snagging lists, liasing with and chasing up sub-contractors to finish plots for completion. Your role will be to support the site manager in day to day operations, liaise with sub-contractors on site, and be hands on out in the field to assist with plot completion

Previous experience in assistant or finishing manager work in residential new build house-build projects is essential, along with knowldge of timber-frame new builds

This would suit an experineced assistant SM or a site manager happy to work as an assistant.

Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work independantly once your duties / program have been assigned

SMSTS / First Aid and CSCS required
