Service Controller
Overseeing the work allocated to Service Engineers, you will be booking in jobs and urgent breakdowns.
Customer Service and support is of utmost importance, so the role is to ensure that customers needs and expectations are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Managing a team of 15 engineers, you will need to be experienced in field service activities, managing the servicing of equipment and also to book in and schedule breakdowns. You will be required to attend clients' premises, to oversee and expand upon existing contracts, building client relations.
You will also be required to deal with estimates from the after service side, invoice queries, making sure all SLA's are being adhered to for each client.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Candidates suited to this role will ideally have worked within the construction / mechanical handling sector
