Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of accurate technical drawings and supporting documentation
Help prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other project team members
Carry out site visits and provide technical support during construction stages
Ensure all work meets current UK Building Regulations and follows best practice standards

Skills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or similar relevant qualification)
Competent user of AutoCAD; experience with Revit is highly beneficial
Some experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
