Project Design Coordinator

We're looking for an Engineering-minded Project Coordinator with real design exposure to support bespoke structural/façade projects from concept through to installation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a technical project or design engineering path.

Around 50% of your time will be office-based design work, so confidence using AutoCAD and working with drawings/model updates is essential.

What You'll Do

Support engineers by creating and modifying AutoCAD/3D models and manufacturing drawings.
Track design milestones, update drawings, and ensure all design information is accurate and on time.
Attend design meetings and coordinate between internal designers, suppliers, and clients.
Assist with technical documentation, design programmes, risk assessments, and QA checks.
Visit sites to support installation teams and resolve design queries.
Help ensure projects progress smoothly from design to manufacture and delivery.What We're Looking For

Essential (non-negotiable):

Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or similar).
Hands-on design exposure and ability to interpret drawings.
AutoCAD proficiency (3D modelling experience a bonus).
Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with engineers, clients, and suppliers.
Ability to balance office-based design work with occasional site visits.Nice to Have:
