I’m working with one of Scotland’s most respected main contractors who are looking to add an experienced Construction Planner to their team on what will be the largest regeneration project in Scotland — a transformational £1bn+, 15-year masterplan in Edinburgh.

This multi-phase development includes:

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in supporting pre-construction and delivery teams, building and managing programmes for major multi-storey buildings, mixed-use developments and large public realm packages. Working closely with design, commercial and site teams, you’ll help drive sequencing, risk management and programme certainty across all project phases.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience as a Planner within a main contracting environment
✔ Strong knowledge of multi-storey residential or mixed-use construction
✔ Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (or similar planning software)
✔ Ability to prepare, monitor and update programmes across pre-construction and live delivery
✔ Strong communication skills to support site teams, design coordination and client reporting
✔ Understanding of sequencing, logistics, buildability and risk management
