Stock Condition Surveyor / DEA

TSA has an excellent opportunity for a DEA / Stock Condition Surveyor to join a successful Property Consultancy team on self-employed basis. The role involves conducting stock condition surveys, EPC assessments and providing asset management support within the affordable housing sector.
 
They’re looking for someone with a stock condition surveyor /DEA background , ideally experienced in large-scale stock surveys and familiar with data capture systems. Travel mainly across the Worthing, Brighton and Hove.

 This is a varied role and includes the following:

Field-based data collection, undertaking stock surveys and providing EPCs
Liaising with the data analysts within the team
Dealing with confidential data
Completing Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
Dealing with any surveyor related issues or concerns including complaintsDetails :

Short-term work with immediate start from next week.
Payment in on per survey basis.
