A leading Tier 1 UK residential developer is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the procurement and commercial delivery of the next major phase of their flagship regeneration scheme in Birmingham.

The Project:
The upcoming phase includes:

188-unit high-rise RC frame block

*

Currently in design and progressing through Gateway 2

*

Start on site: August 2026

*

Followed by a landmark c.37-storey tower as the final phase of the development

You will be responsible for overseeing procurement, managing commercial risk, leading subcontract packages, and ensuring the successful commercial performance of these major residential builds.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects

*

Strong background with RC frame schemes

*

Ability to lead procurement and manage high-value packages

*

Previous experience with developers or Tier 1 main contractors is highly desirable
