Civils Site Supervisor

Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Temporary – 9 Months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 7.30am – 5pm

Overview:

Corrie Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join an existing project team on a contract in the North East of Scotland.

This position would suit someone with a strong civil engineering background, particularly in reinforced concrete structures, and experience working within Oil & Gas site environments would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee site operations to ensure procedures are being followed

* Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality) standards

* Review drawings, monitor progress, and report regularly to senior management

* Liaise with clients and representatives to ensure clear communication and project alignment

* Maintain accurate site records and manage daily reporting

Requirements:

* Proven management experience on civil engineering projects

* Strong civils background including piling, concrete, rebar and ducting

* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS, and First Aid certification

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to work effectively as part of an established site team
