GVR Solutions are proud to be working with a reputable and expanding drylining contractor that delivers high-quality partitioning, ceilings, and interior fit-out solutions across a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to progress their career within a dynamic and specialist subcontracting environment.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

* Oversee daily onsite operations and workforce.

* Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules.

* Monitor progress, quality, and productivity.

* Manage materials, equipment, and resources.

* Resolve issues and maintain communication with stakeholders.

* Prepare site reports and support budgeting/cost control

The Site Manager must have/be:

* Previous experience in the Construction Manager role in our field of expertise.

* Possess knowledge and have relevant training on products and systems in drylining

* SMSTS Certification, CSCS accreditation, NVQ Level 5

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

* Ability to communicate and converse at all levels of site team.

* Ability to work within set guidelines and systems
