Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for an upcoming project involving the repair and waterproofing of communal walkways within housing stock.

Location: Cambuslang
Start Date: February 2026
Duration: Approximately 8 weeks
Site Setup: Welfare unit, storage and skip will be in place.

Requirements:

* SSSTS certification

* CSCS card

* Full driving licence

* First Aid trained

* Scaffold inspection trained

* Experience supervising repair/waterproofing works (preferred)

Role Overview:

* Supervising trades on site

* Overseeing repair and waterproofing of communal walkways

* Ensuring H&S compliance and quality standards

* Reporting progress and managing site documentation

* Liaising with residents where required
