Technical Co-ordinator – New Build Housing
Are you an experienced Technical Co-ordinator within the New Build Housing sector?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading, 5* NHBC rated housing developer, who are currently on the look out for a Technical Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Technical Co-ordinator, you would be responsible for handling the technical aspects of a project and assisting the day to day responsibilities of the design team.

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience working as a Assistant Technical Co-ordinator.
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft systems.
* Full UK's driving license
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with clients to understand their needs and report on progress
* Assisting technical managers to create and share work plans and timelines
* Managing technical project documentation
* Carrying out administrative tasks
* Preparing presentations and project updates
* Reviewing project costs and forecasts.
