Groundworkers Required – Major Projects Across Scotland

We are recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join various clients for large-scale infrastructure and utility projects across Scotland in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operatives who are committed to delivering high-quality work in challenging environments.

Role Overview

As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including excavation, drainage, concreting, kerbing, and general site preparation. You will also operate plant machinery and assist with traffic management where required.

Essential Skills & Certifications

Candidates must hold:

CSCS Card (valid)
CPCS or NPORS certification for any of the following:
Dumper
Roller
360 Excavators (Tracked & Wheeled)
Traffic Marshal
TelehandlerAdditional Advantage:

SPEN Authorisations (Scottish Power Energy Networks)
Confined Space Training
First Aid CertificationKey Requirements

Proven experience in groundworks and plant operation
Ability to work away from home in remote areas for extended periods
Strong commitment to health & safety standards
Must successfully pass drug and alcohol testing
