I'm recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a leading electrical contractor delivering a major electrical package on one of Oxford’s most prestigious research and innovation developments.

This is a long-term role offering stability, progression, and the chance to work on a landmark project.

What You’ll Be Doing:

⚡ Supervising day-to-day electrical works on-site
⚡ Coordinating electricians, subcontractors & labour teams
⚡ Managing quality, snagging & compliance (Field View experience ideal)
⚡ Supporting PM with RAMS, permits & reporting
⚡ Running daily/weekly briefings & maintaining H&S standards
⚡ Ensuring all installations meet spec and client requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience supervising electrical installation on commercial projects
✔ Strong technical knowledge + understanding of site processes
✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✔ ECS + SSSTS/SMSTS ideal
✔ Proactive, organised, safety-focused
