Your new role
Managers
Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
Create and manage work schedules and rotas.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies within budget.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports and attend management meetings.Supervisors
Supervise and motivate cleaning staff.
Allocate tasks and monitor attendance.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality standards.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory records and request replenishments.
Enforce health and safety compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Managers
Previous experience in a cleaning management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.Supervisors
Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
