The Role

You’ll take ownership of developing effective supply chain strategies that support business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

* Designing procurement approaches for bids and live projects.

* Creating and managing supplier databases and supply chain mapping.

* Reviewing supplier performance, capacity and compliance.

* Establishing KPIs and gathering 360° feedback to drive improvements.

* Supporting supplier selection with a long-term, partnership mindset.

* Embedding sustainability and innovation across procurement decisions.

* Making use of global networks to enhance sourcing strategies.

* Ensuring all activities align with company policies and standards.

About You

* Previous experience in procurement or supply chain within construction or civil engineering

* Strong involvement in bid development and performance frameworks

* Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
