What the role involves:

Completing stock condition surveys on residential properties
Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified
Ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission

Experience in Stock Condition Surveys and/or DEA certification
Ability to start immediately
Strong attention to detail and good time management
